Ok, so this year has been an absolute rollercoaster with no STOP. No complaints, I'm blessed to be busy but WOW...Time to stop and breath! So what has, and is, and is gonna happen? Let's start with my secret dream project, my first SA fitness DVD! Its in final production and will be launched in June with diet plan that I co-ordinate and cooking and fitness!
